Meet the Team

HI, I’m Misty, the Founder and President of Pickture Perfect Medspa, formerly, Pickture Perfect Brows & Beauty Boutique located in Bedford, Texas. I have four beautiful children and everything I do is for them. I started this business as a single mother of three. My goal was to earn enough with microblading to help me buy a house and live comfortably. I graduated from Ashford University Forbes School of Business with a degree in Business Administration at the age of 37 and shortly after started training in the permanent makeup and lash industries. I wanted to show my kids that anything is possible. Little did I know how this would all turn out. It is beyond a blessing that I am able to do something I love for those I love everyday.

I am a master certified neurotoxins injector, certified dermal filler injector, microblading and permanent cosmetics artist, trainer and salon owner. My training in this industry consists of microblading training, permanent eyeliner, eyeshadow eyeliner, lip blushing, powder brows, eyelash extensions, lash lift and tint and 3D areola tattoos. My style is meant to be more of a natural look to accentuate my client’s beauty and have the client’s looking Pickture Perfect and feeling confident.

My intuition is strong and I am able to connect with clients in an empathic way. Being a Reiki Master, my goal is to have high vibrations of energy, to provide a safe place to be you, and a place you feel loved.

As a leader in the Permanent Makeup industry, I have a heart to help others find their confidence from the outside in and the inside out. I am a trainer and mentor to people that are seeking their passion and have lead and developed women and men in the permanent makeup industry, in my community, and worldwide.

Dr. Flo earned his MD from the University of Rochester and completed his emergency medicine training at Strong Memorial Hospital and Texas Tech University. He later obtained an MBA in Healthcare Administration from Johns Hopkins University. Board-certified in Emergency Medicine, he served on the Texas College of Emergency Physicians Board and completed their Leadership Fellowship. Dr. Flo has been recognized for patient satisfaction and service excellence, while contributing to medical education and research. His leadership experience spans Emergency Medicine and Hospitalist Services across the Southwest. Currently, he combines his medical expertise with aesthetic medicine, employing a patient-centered biopsychosocial approach while staying current with medical advances.
