By using our services, including bookings, promotional offers and SMS communications, you agree to the following terms.
1. Services
Pickture Perfect Medspa offers wellness, skincare and aesthetic services, including consultations, treatments and membership programs. Our services are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Always consult a healthcare professional for medical concerns.
2. SMS/MMS communications
By providing your phone number and opting in, you agree to receive texts from Pickture Perfect Medspa, which may include appointment reminders, promotional offers and updates about your treatments or memberships.
3. A2P 10DLC compliance
We follow A2P 10DLC messaging regulations, including obtaining consent before sending messages, being transparent about message content and offering an opt-out at any time.
4. Opting out

6. Message and data rates
Message and data rates may apply. Pickture Perfect Medspa is not responsible for carrier charges.
7. Appointments
Please arrive on time. Late arrivals may need to be rescheduled or receive a shorter service. Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance to avoid charges.
8. Memberships
Members agree to the additional terms in their membership agreement. See memberships.
9. Changes
We may update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and communicated where necessary.
