Misty Fulgencio

Hi, I'm Misty, the founder and president of Pickture Perfect Medspa, formerly Pickture Perfect Brows & Beauty Boutique in Colleyville, Texas. I have four beautiful children, and everything I do is for them. I started this business as a single mother of three, hoping microblading would help me buy a house and live comfortably. I graduated from Ashford University's Forbes School of Business with a degree in Business Administration at 37 and soon after began training in permanent makeup and lashes. I wanted to show my kids that anything is possible.

I am a master-certified neurotoxin injector, certified dermal filler injector, microblading and permanent cosmetics artist, trainer and salon owner, and a Diamond Certified Trainer with the American Academy of Micropigmentation. My training includes microblading, permanent and eyeshadow eyeliner, lip blushing, powder brows, lash extensions, lash lift and tint, and 3D areola tattooing. My style is natural, accentuating each client's beauty so they look Pickture Perfect and feel confident.

As a Reiki Master, my goal is to hold high, positive energy and provide a safe place to be you, a place you feel loved. I have a heart for helping others find their confidence from the outside in and the inside out, and I've trained and mentored artists in our community and worldwide.

Dr. Chase Kornegay

Owner and Medical Director of Elevated Medical Beauty, Dr. Kornegay is a board-certified anesthesiologist licensed in Oklahoma, Colorado and Texas. He earned his medical degree and completed his anesthesiology residency at the University of Oklahoma.

He is a master injector trained by Allergan, Galderma and Revance, and specializes in advanced aesthetic procedures, hormone therapy, peptides and pain treatments, providing expert, personalized care to help patients reach their wellness and beauty goals.
